Moses Lopez

Moisés López, known by his artistic pseudonym "Moiloh," is a Mexican artist originally from Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, Mexico, and currently based in Mexico City. From a young age, Moiloh has demonstrated a fervent interest in the arts, developing a heightened sensitivity to the stimuli that, for him, represent his reality. Texture, colors, and sounds are among the elements that have most influenced his life and art, with his visual impairment being one of the variables that has most profoundly shaped his work. His skill encompasses diverse techniques, including oil and graphite, fusing classical approaches with a unique contemporary perspective. The inspiration behind his work is as diverse as it is fascinating, ranging from philosophy and mathematics to synesthesia and neuroscience. Moiloh also finds motivation in exploring metaphysical concepts, numbers, astrology, and astronomy, transforming his work into an amalgamation of knowledge and artistic expression. Beyond his artistic side, Moiloh demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit by establishing his own "creative room," Tálamo, a space where he not only brings his creations to life but also markets them with ingenuity and business acumen. His ability to integrate diverse disciplines and his entrepreneurial approach distinguish Moiloh as a multifaceted and visionary artist on the contemporary art scene.
